Easily upload and store site survey photos within your project on SubcontractorHub. Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps.
Step 1: Locate the "Manage Projects" tab on the left-hand side and select "Projects".
Step 2: In your project details page, click on the "Site Survey Photos" option right below the Project Stages.
Step 3: Under the Site Survey Photos, you can add your site survey photos according to the segregation of the site survey.
Step 4: Click on the "Add File" Button to upload your Site Survey Photos.
How to Complete Site Survey Photo Package via Public URL?
Your installers and service providers will be able to complete the site survey photo package using a public URL once they have answered all mandatory site survey questions and uploaded all required photos.
Answering the mandatory questions to complete the site survey photo package ensures you capture all critical site details in one go. This cuts incomplete submissions, skips stakeholder back-and-forth, and keeps projects on track from quote to completion.
Step 1: Click “Photos” on the project details page.
Step 2: Click “Copy Upload Public URL” to copy the link that you can send to your service providers and installers.
Step 3: The link is compatible with any browser, enabling your service provider or installer to upload their photos directly in the “Site Survey Photos”. Once the photos are uploaded, they can click “Site Survey Questions” to answer the questions.
Step 4: Once all questions are answered, they will see a checkbox at the top labeled “Site Survey Package Complete.” When you check this box, it will trigger the automation to update the concerned parties and send out notifications accordingly.
All the mandatory site survey questions need to be answered in order to activate the “Site Survey Photo Package” checkbox.
Note: The public URL shared with on-field reps for site survey photos and questions now includes a “View Solar Design Image” button, allowing them to directly access the solar design.
