Survey Questions allow you to collect specific information from the field during project surveys. These questions help standardize data collection, ensure important details are not missed for better clarity.
Step 1: Navigate to “Manage Database” and click the “Database” option from the main menu.
Step 2: Go to “Installation” and select the job type. From there, select “Site Survey Questions”.
Step 3: Click “+Add”.
Step 4: Add your Site Survey Question.
Step 5: Click on the “Select Photos” dropdown to select the photo that you want to show with the question.
Step 6: Select the “Data Type”.
Step 7: Select the “Dependent Field” and “Dependent Field Value”. This field links one question to another. It ensures that the current question only appears when a specific condition is met in a previous question.
