How to Add an HVAC Customer

This article walks you through the process of adding a new HVAC customer to your SubcontractorHub account. Whether you're creating a fresh customer profile or organizing existing ones by job type, this guide makes it easy to get started and keep your HVAC pipeline organized.

Follow the steps below to add an HVAC customer.


Step 1: From the main menu, go to the “Customers” tab and click “New Customer”.


Step 2: Enter the customer’s address, first and last name, email and phone number.


Step 3: Select “HVAC” from the “Job Type” dropdown.


Step 4: Click “Create customer”.


Note: You can view your existing HVAC customers using the “HVAC” filter in the “Customers” tab.
