Follow these steps to integrate CallPilot with SubcontractorHub:
Step 1: Log in to SubcontractorHub
Navigate to https://app.subcontractorhub.com.
Use your login credentials to access your dashboard.
Step 2: Access the Integration Settings
Click on "Manage Integrations" from the dashboard menu.
Select "Integrations" to view available integration options.
Step 3: Search for CallPilot
In the search bar, type "CallPilot".
Click on the "Connect" button next to CallPilot.
Step 4: Enter CallPilot Base URL
Add your organization's Base URL provided by CallPilot.
Step 5: Request Necessary Credentials
Reach out to Corbin at CallPilot via email at corbin@callpilot.io to request:
Unique Code/Token.
Survey IDs (English and Spanish if applicable).
Custom field keys.
Step 6: Enter Integration Details
Once you receive the credentials, enter the following:
Unique Code/Token in the designated field.
Survey IDs (English and Spanish, if applicable).
Step 7: Add Custom Field Keys
Add all custom field keys provided by CallPilot:
Click on "Add Field" for each custom field.
Use the Map Value section to map SubcontractorHub fields to the respective CallPilot keys.
Note: The "Map Value" section now includes an Offset (%) option that allows percentage adjustments when mapping values.
Step 8: Complete the Integration
Enter all required CallPilot keys in the "Key" field.
Review the information entered.
Click on "Connect" to finalize the integration.
Once completed, your CallPilot integration will be live and functional within SubcontractorHub.
