How to Create a Water Filter Job Proposal

SubcontractorHub users can create proposals for the Water Filter job type. Follow the steps below to build a proposal for water filters.

Step 1: From the “Customers” tab, click “New Customer”.

Step 2: Fill out the customer’s information and select “Water Filter” in the “Job Type” dropdown. Click “Create Customer” to save.

Step 3: You have now generated a proposal card. Click “View Detail” to enter the proposal builder.

Step 4: Choose a water filter from the available options. Click “Select” to finalize.

Step 5: If your proposal requires additional equipment, scroll down to the “Adders” section, click “Choose Adders”, select your adders and click “Done”.

Step 6: Scroll down to the finance section of the proposal. Click “Finalize” to finance a proposal with cash. You can also finance proposals with GoodLeap, Concert Finance and Sunlight Financial, if you have integrated them.

Step 7: Once finalized, the “Finalize” button will turn yellow and read “Unfinalize”. Your proposal is now ready to sign.

Step 8: Scroll down to the pricing summary to review your proposal’s pricing. Clicking “Sign Now” will initiate the contract signing process and conversion from proposal to project.
