Seamless Home User Tagging allows you to tag and chat with Seamless users from your project’s chat section. Follow the below steps to enable this feature.
Step 1: From the main menu, click your organization’s profile and select “Settings”.
Step 2: Go to “Project Settings”.
Step 3: Select “Click to Edit” icon.
Step 4: Navigate to “Enable Seamless Home User Tagging” and turn on the toggle.
Step 5: Once enabled, click “Update”.
Note: Seamless users will be notified via email when they are mentioned in the project chat. They cannot reply in the project chat.
