How to Add Forms in the Database

Forms added in the database are used as disclosure forms in Proposals. Here’s how you can add them:

Step 1: From the main menu, open the “Manage Database” dropdown and click “Database”.

Step 2: Navigate to “Documents” and click “Forms”.

Step 3: Click “Add”.

Step 4: Enter the “Label”.

Step 5: Select from users, customer, roles or custom email you want to send the email to.

Step 6: Select the specific users.

Step 7: Click “Save”.

You can edit the details to modify the form.
