You can now trigger automations when an attachment is uploaded within the Proposal and Project modules. Follow the steps below to configure this automation.
Step 1: Click on “Add Start Trigger.”
Step 2: Select “When Field Updated.”
Step 3: In the new tab, choose “Attachment Uploaded” as the field. From the dropdown, select the appropriate field value such as design, permits, material survey or etc.. You may also create custom labels simply by typing in a new field value name.
Step 4: Click on “Save.”
Step 5: To continue building the automation, click “Automation Ends Here.”
Step 6: Select the desired action, such as sending an email, text message, or any option available in the list.
Step 7: If you want to apply the same attachment condition in an If/Else branch, click “If/Else” in the menu, then select “Add Condition.”
Step 8: Set your condition: For Condition Field, choose “If Field Value.” For the Select Field, choose “Attachment Uploaded.” Enter the specific field value (e.g., design files, permits, survey photos, etc.). Click “Save” once the condition is configured.
