Enabling organization-wide permissions ensures that project-related email activity is visible to all authorized users across the platform. This helps maintain transparency, improves collaboration, and ensures that teams can track communication history seamlessly. Follow the steps below to activate this permission in your profile settings.
Step 1: On the top-right corner of the screen, click the profile icon and select “Profile” from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Click “Edit.”
Step 3: Locate and select the checkbox labeled: “This is a company-owned account intended for organization-wide and platform use.”
Step 4: Click “Update.”
Step 5: Once enabled, users across the organization will be able to send emails through projects and view the full list of emails sent and received, ensuring complete visibility and smoother communication tracking.
