Admins can monitor user and project activity across customers, proposals, projects, and offices. These activity logs provide oversight of platform progress and make it easy to track user actions. This article goes over where to find each activity log.
Customer activity logs can be viewed on the customer’s proposal page. Simply click “View Customer Logs”.
The proposal activity log can be found inside the customer’s proposal. Click “Proposal Activity” in the left menu to access the information.
The project activity log can be found on the project details page. Click “Project Activity Log” to get access.
Office activity logs can be found by clicking on the office card and accessing the office details page. Click “Office Activity Logs” to see more information.
