If you’ve selected “Payabli” in the payment dropdown in a proposal, the related invoice will be available once that proposal is converted into a project.
Step 1: Go to "Manage Projects" in the left panel and click on "Projects".
Step 2: Find and open the project you want to review.
Step 3: Navigate to the "Invoice" tab.
Step 4: Click "Details" to view the invoice.
Step 5: Review the full details of past payments here.
Step 6:
If a payment has been made but not yet deposited into the merchant’s bank account, you can select Void.
If a payment has already been received by the merchant, you can issue a Refund.
Step 7: Click "Sync" to refresh and update the invoice status.
Step 8: Select "Send Invoice" to share the invoice directly with the merchant.
