The Service Status in the Service Maintenance tab helps you set up the current stage of each maintenance or follow-up service requested for a completed project, helping teams and homeowners track progress from scheduling through completion or cancellation.
Here’s how to set up service status:
Step 1: Go to “Manage Database” and click “Database”.
Step 2: Click “Additional” and go to “Service Status”.
Step 3: Click “Add” to add a new Service Status.
Step 4: Add a name for your Service Status and click “Save”.
