Document Templates have been renamed to Document Triggers and relocated to the Document Manager for improved accessibility and streamlined document configuration. This update simplifies how users create, manage, and map documents across contracts and workflows.
How to Access Document Triggers
Previously, Document Templates were available under Manage Database > Database > Document.. They can now be accessed using the steps below:
From the left navigation panel, select "Document Manager."
2. From the dropdown, choose "Document Triggers."
