Why does it matter?
This feature makes change orders documents more flexible to follow and sign. You can choose who signs each contract within the SubHub template, and non-HIC users get to choose whether change order details will be included in the change order contract. It was previously only available for HIC users. It's a simple update that gives everyone more control over how contracts get signed and sent.
