How to Access Change Order Features Within The Document Manager?

Why does it matter?

This feature makes change orders documents more flexible to follow and sign. You can choose who signs each contract within the SubHub template, and non-HIC users get to choose whether change order details will be included in the change order contract. It was previously only available for HIC users. It's a simple update that gives everyone more control over how contracts get signed and sent.

What will you need?

  • Access to SubcontractorHub platform.

SubHub Template

Step 1: From the main menu, click “Document Manager” and select “SubHub Templates” from the dropdown.

Step 2: Click the “Add” button.

Step 3: Provide the required details including template name and module.

Step 4: Upload the required PDF file. Click the “Use Alternate Recipients for Change Orders” checkbox.

Step 6: Click “Change Order Recipient”. From the dropdown, select who will receive the change order emails.
