In this guide, we’ll walk through how to complete a HomePro Finance Change Order in SubcontractorHub to update pricing before initiating funding.
Follow the steps below to process a HomePro Change Order:
Step 1: Click “Unfinalize” in the HomePro Finance section.
Step 2: Make the desired or required changes to the proposal to update the pricing.
Step 3: Click “Finalize” again to update the loan amount.
Step 4: Click “Change Order.” The change order email will be sent to the customer.
Note: You cannot click “Initiate Funding” without completing a Change Order. An error message will appear requiring you to run the Change Order first.
Note: If sending the Change Order documents in person, click “Change Order” again, select “In Person,” then click “Send.”
Step 5: Click “Copy URL” or “Open URL” to access the contract and complete the Change Order signing process.
Step 6: A message about the updated financed amount will display to the showing customer both the “Current Financed Amount” and the “New Financed Amount.” Click “Continue” to proceed or “Reject Change Order Request” if revisions are needed.
Step 7: After the Change Order is completed, return to the proposal and click “Sync Quote” in the HomePro Finance section to update the financing status details.
Note: The HomePro Finance section will display the status of the Change Order request. After the Change Order request is accepted and completed, the “Change Order” button will be disabled again, and you can continue with the proposal as normal.
