The "Hold Backs" section allows organizations to view and manage holdbacks associated with financing programs such as Goodleap TPO and Lightreach.
Organizations can access holdbacks from their own account once a Customer Experience Manager (CXM) enables holdbacks for the organization. After activation, users can view existing holdbacks, add new holdbacks, and review holdback history.
Follow the steps below to view, add, and manage holdbacks.
Step 1: From the main menu, click "Hold Backs."
Note: The holdback list becomes visible only after a Customer Experience Manager (CXM) has enabled holdbacks for your organization.
Step 2: Click "+ Add Holdback." Enter the required information, such as "Country," "State," and "Holdback (PPW)," then click "+ Add."
Step 3: To review changes made to a Holdback, click "View History." This displays the history of updates for that holdback entry.
