September 9th Releases

Updated today

We’re excited to roll out a fresh set of updates designed to make proposals smarter, workflows smoother, and project management more efficient. From automation enhancements to new finance controls and integrations, these features are built to give your teams more flexibility, accuracy, and speed in day-to-day operations.

Enable a default waste percentage from settings (public proposal and customer settings) to automatically calculate expected roofing material waste in every proposal.

Turn on this setting to remove the System Losses percentage value from the solar details section of a proposal.

Disable an office to restrict its users from accessing the tool, while the Parent Org still retains access to customers and proposals.

Control visibility of finance partners by using the new checkbox. If unchecked, partners appear only for change orders; if checked, they’re also available in new proposals.

On-field reps can now view the solar design directly from the site survey photos public URL via a new “View Solar Design Image” button.

When equipment mapping is updated mid-design, sales reps can click “Equipment Sync” to apply changes instantly and proceed with financing without re-saving manually.

Automation Trigger – Site Survey Photos and Installation Photos

Completion triggers now send automatic notification emails once site survey or installation photos are marked complete in the public URL.

Proposal review is now supported for change order proposals, with separate lists for new and change orders. Reviewers can toggle between both in the “Review Proposals” tab.

Enfin and IGS Solar – Finance Card Lock

Once qualified for Enfin or IGS Solar, finance cards cannot be unfinalized. Any changes require a change order request.

Instead of opening in a new tab, project details can now be viewed as a popup within the same tab when clicking on a project report.

Integrate ABC Supply as a supplier in BOM templates for Solar and Roofing. BOMs synced with ABC include exclusive delivery options and automatically adjust costs with additional charges, tax, etc.

Change order completion now triggers automations in SubcontractorHub. Set up your automation, complete a change order proposal, and convert it to a project (CWDS) to activate actions like sending emails.

Easily manage Sungage’s mapped users with improved grouping and top-level filters for faster navigation and clarity.

Preview mapped data within SubHub sign templates and quickly identify mapping errors under the new “View Logs” section for streamlined troubleshooting.

Proposals now support adding a secondary sales rep. You can update sales information to include or edit secondary rep details effortlessly.

Admins can toggle the GoodLeap domestic content visibility in proposals for GoodLeap TPO. This feature is available for all organizations with the option to set the toggle on or off by default.

Update product details from custom lenders directly in proposals where you can view new and archived products separately.

Once a proposal converts to a project, the Lightreach Stipulation tab displays qualification details sourced from third parties.

Survey makers can now run tests for any survey, whether it’s created for a SubHub organization or an integrated partner, without needing a live proposal. This makes it easier to validate survey setups before launching.
