Reports allow sorting chart data to help organize results and improve readability. Chart data can be arranged using Ascending, Descending, or None, or sorted based on "Labels" or "Values" within the report view.
Sorting helps structure chart information according to category names or associated values, making it easier to review report insights.
Follow the steps below to sort report charts.
Step 1: From the main menu, click "Report & Dashboard", then select "Reports."
Step 2: Locate the report you want to view and click the "Click to view details" icon.
Step 3: Sort options such as "Descending," "Ascending," or "None" will be available for the chart display.
Step 4: Choose the desired chart order. The chart will be displayed according to the selected sorting option, and the same order will also appear on the dashboard view. For example, if Descending is selected in the report, the dashboard chart will follow the same order.
Step 5: Inside the report view, click "Sort By:" then select "Labels" or "Values" from the dropdown menu to organize the report data.
Note: "Labels" correspond to the report categories displayed on the X-axis, while "Values" represent the numerical data shown on the Y-axis. These options let you organize report data by either the category name or the associated values.
