Access to Resource Folders is controlled at the role level and can be managed through user profiles. Admins can enable or restrict permissions based on what each role needs to access or manage.
Step 1: Click “Users & Roles” from the main menu, then select “User Profiles.”
Step 2: Select the user profile you want to manage, then click the “View Detail” icon.
Step 3: Scroll down and locate the “Resource Folders” section.
Step 4: Enable the required permissions by toggling Create, Edit, Delete, or View.
