SubHub Sign envelopes, by default, are only accessible to organization admins. Follow the steps below to grant access to other roles within your organization.
Step 1: From the main menu, open the “Users & Roles” dropdown and select “User Profiles”.
Step 2: Select the role you would like to grant access to and click the “View Detail” icon.
Step 3: Select "Document Manager” from the menu on the left.
Step 4: Locate the “View Subhub Sign Envelopes” permission and enable it.
After enabling this permission, users assigned to that role will be able to view and access the “SubHub Sign Envelopes” section from the main menu.
