Stripe has an updated and a mandated workflow for adding payment methods using a URL. Your customer experience managers can also send a payment email to the billing contact, making it easier to complete payment setup without extra back-and-forth. This helps keep billing workflows clear, compliant, and easier to manage.
Follow the steps below to add a payment method to Stripe.
Step 1: Click “Billing” from the menu.
Step 2: Click “Manage Subscriptions”.
Step 3: Click “Add Payment Method”.
Step 4: You can either choose to “Copy URL” or “Open URL”. Opening the URL will let you fill out the details on the spot, while copying and sending the URL will let others fill in the details as well.
Step 5: It will lead you to the page where you can fill out the information about your payment details. Click “Save” once done.
