Proposal pricing control gets more structured with permission-based editing for non-system adders, allowing only authorized users to modify unit prices within a proposal. This ensures better control over pricing changes, reduces the risk of errors or unauthorized adjustments, and helps maintain consistency and accuracy across all proposals.
Follow the steps below to enable permission for selected roles to edit non system adder price.
Step 1: Click “Users and Roles” and select “User Profiles” from the dropdown.
Step 2: Select the preferred user profile for whom you want to enable the permisson and click the “View Detail” icon.
Step 3: Scroll down to find “Customers”.
Step 4: Locate “Edit Non System Adder Unit Price” and turn the toggle on to enable the permission.
