Discounts make sure the job types are affordable for homeowners. As a result, it becomes easy for the contractors to close deals. Using this feature, adding specific discounts to proposals of specified regions becomes automated.
This ensures that no attractive discounts are missed while creating a proposal. Follow the steps below to auto add discounts to proposals of specified regions.
Step 1: Click “Manage Database” and select “Database” from the dropdown.
Step 2: Click “Solar System” and select “Discounts” from the dropdown. You can also select from other job types, which include HVAC, roofing, and home improvement.
Step 3: Click “+Add”.
Step 4: Fill out all the important information and click the Auto Add check box. This will add the discount to every proposal created in the region specified. Click “+Add” to save the discount.
