This release brings more flexibility to proposal setup, document workflows, admin configuration, and financing processes. These updates give teams greater control over how information is managed while making everyday workflows more streamlined.
Admin: More Control Over Proposals and Data
Admins can now configure alternate recipients for change order documents using the new “Use alternate recipient for change order” option in SubHub templates, with options for initiating users, custom roles, or the original recipient. Non-HIC document triggers can also be configured for original contracts and change orders. The new Customer Preferences workflow for Solar proposals lets admins create preference stacks for installers, finance types, design tools and workflows, batteries, inverters, panels, and other equipment, with shareable stacks available across the organization. Admins can also enable auto-assignment of design tools. Reports now support custom values for dropdown filters when no default value exists, while Global Value Sets include tools to identify exact and potential duplicates, filter duplicate values during CSV uploads, and enable or disable individual values. A New Theme Settings option is also available for Leads, Customers, and Projects, allowing Superadmins to enable the updated Kanban layout, with a Classic View option available when needed. Admins can now manage Door Knock settings at the organization level. Additionally, Battery KWh is now available as an incentive quantifier type and can be used to calculate incentives based on size, quantity, and value.
Finance: More Control Over Change Orders
Finance workflows now provide clearer next steps based on the status of your documents. For Concert, the action changes to “Execute Change Order” once documents have been generated; otherwise, users will see “Send Update to Concert.” LightReach now supports an updated change order flow for signed Solar contracts. Changes within tolerance can be synced directly to the LightReach portal, while contract amendments can be sent to the customer for acceptance or rejection. The appropriate options are displayed based on whether the offer or quote has changed, and quotes must be unfinalized before making additional proposal changes. Financeit now includes two dedicated options: Finance Application, which opens the customer-facing application URL, and Send Finance Application, which allows Financeit to send the required documents directly to the customer. Finance IQ Gen is also now available directly within proposals.
