🔌 Integrate Gorgias with Subscribfy
Connect your Gorgias helpdesk with Subscribfy to give your support agents real-time insights into customer memberships, subscriptions, store credit, and more—right from the Gorgias interface.
🛠️ Step 1: Get Your Gorgias API Credentials
To enable the integration, you’ll need the following from your Gorgias account:
Base API URL
Username (your Gorgias email address)
API Key
You can find these in the Settings > REST API section of your Gorgias admin dashboard.

🔧 Step 2: Enable the Integration in Subscribfy
In your Subscribfy admin, go to Settings > Integrations > Gorgias.
Paste in the:
Base API URL
Username
API Key
Click Save to activate the integration.

⚙️ Step 3: Configure What Data is Shared
Once connected, you can choose what customer data Subscribfy should send to Gorgias. There are two components to configure:
🧩 Customer Fields
Subscribfy automatically creates and updates the following custom fields in Gorgias customer profiles:
Membership Status
Next Billing Date & Plan
Store Credit
⚠️ Gorgias supports a maximum of 4 active custom fields. Subscribfy uses 3, so please archive any existing ones to make space if needed.
These fields are synced automatically and update within 5 minutes whenever relevant changes occur in Subscribfy.
🧾 Customer Widget
The Subscribfy Customer Widget appears on the right-hand panel of customer profiles and tickets inside Gorgias.
Widget includes:
Membership Information
Plan name, price, and next billing date.Product Subscriptions
Lists all active subscriptions if more than 5 or up to 5 recent active or canceled subscriptions with product names and details.Store Credit Transaction History
Shows the 5 most recent store credit changes.Activity Log
Displays key events such as membership upgrades or cancellations.
📌 Widget data updates only when a ticket is updated in Gorgias due to API limitations on their side.
🧭 Each widget section title links directly to the relevant page in your Subscribfy admin for quick access and deeper insights.
