What should I do if the transaction history differs between my two payment terminals or handhelds?

If you notice that the transaction history is not up to date or doesn’t match what you see in your dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Settings menu in the Sunday app on your payment terminal or handheld

  2. Tap “Network Test” to ensure the device is connected to the internet

  3. Tap “Synchronize”

  4. Tap “Connect to Nepting”

  5. Return to the home screen and tap “History” to check if it has updated
