The daily multi-location email allows users who manage several locations to receive a summary of the previous day’s performance directly in their inbox every day.
It brings together the key information from all your locations, helping you quickly identify trends, spot opportunities for improvement, and access the relevant dashboards directly.
Who can receive this email?
The email is available for businesses using sunday’s table payment solution.
This feature is intended for merchants managing multiple locations who have subscribed to sunday+ for the relevant locations.
What does the email include?
An overall summary
At the beginning of the email, you will find the report date and the number of locations included in the data aggregation.
If data is unavailable for one or more locations, this will be indicated in the email.
Digital bill performance
The email includes:
the percentage of tables that scanned and viewed the digital bill;
the percentage of payments made through sunday among the digital bills that were viewed;
a comparison of performance across your locations;
the best-performing locations;
the locations with the greatest opportunities for improvement.
This information helps you quickly identify which locations require your attention.
Staff performance
A ranking highlights the performance of servers and staff members across your different locations.
Customer experience and Google reviews
The email includes information from Google, including:
your locations’ Google ratings;
the number of Google reviews;
recent or representative Google reviews;
the highest-rated locations;
the locations with the greatest opportunities for improvement.
The reviews shown in the email are excerpts. To view all reviews and their context, click See all reviews or go to the dedicated reviews page.
Direct links to your locations
The Quick access to your locations section includes a link to the dashboard for each location.
This allows you to move directly from the email to a detailed analysis in sunday.
How often will I receive this email?
You will receive an email every day summarising the previous day’s performance across all the relevant locations.
How is this feature enabled?
The email is automatically enabled for eligible locations.
You do not need to take any action to start receiving it.
How can I disable the email?
You can disable the email at any time from your account:
Open the Account menu.
Select My alerts.
Disable the Daily summary email option.
This setting applies to all locations for which you have subscribed to sunday+.
What is the difference between this email and the other emails?
The daily multi-location email should not be confused with the other emails available under My alerts:
The Daily Reviews Email focuses mainly on customer feedback, online reputation, and customer experience.
The Weekly Email summarises several indicators each week, such as revenue, tips, staff performance, and reviews.
The Daily Summary Email presents the previous day’s performance across all your locations, including comparisons and direct links to the relevant dashboards.

Do I need to do anything to activate the email?
No. The email is automatically enabled for eligible locations using sunday’s table payment solution.
Can I disable the email later?
Yes. You can disable it at any time from Account → My alerts → Daily summary email.
Does the email include all my locations?
It includes the locations covered by your sunday+ subscription.
If data is unavailable for certain locations, the email will indicate this and the displayed metrics may be incomplete.
Which reviews are displayed in the email?
The email displays information from Google, including your rating and recent Google reviews.
This multi-location version does not yet provide a detailed analysis of internal sunday ratings.
Can I access the details of a location from the email?
Yes. Use the links in the Quick access to your locations section to open the dashboard for the relevant location directly.
