To cancel a SunGod order, start a chat as soon as possible and tell the SunGod Customer Experience team which order you'd like to cancel. Include:
your order number
your full name and the email address you ordered with
whether you want to cancel the whole order or only some items
SunGod despatches orders quickly, often on the same day, so the team will try to cancel your order before it ships but can't guarantee it.
When will I get my refund for a cancelled order?
Once your cancellation is confirmed, your full refund will reach your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
What if my order has already been despatched?
Once your order has been handed to the courier, SunGod can't cancel it. You can still get a full refund in either of these ways:
Refuse the delivery when the courier arrives. Once the parcel is back at the SunGod warehouse, you'll get a full refund.
Accept the delivery and return your SunGods within 30 days. Read What is the SunGod returns policy?
