Below is the list of contact emails that you can forward customer feedback/escalations to.
Some examples of when you would forward directly to the creator include:
Forwarding listener feedback - if listeners are asking questions about the show content, providing feedback about something they liked/did not like in a recent episode, asking for clarification on anything that is not related to the actual Supercast platform
Forwarding requests for refunds or manual cancellation - we have a list of creators that have given Supercast Support Agents permission to manage refunds and Stripe adjustments on their behalf (Hubermanlab, Breaking Points, MMP). If the listener comes from a subscription that is not on this list, we should reach out to the creator's directly to ask them to 1. Process the refund/request themselves 2. Offer to do the refund/adjustment for them. If we offer to do this for them, we should also include instructions to let the creator know how we did it so that in the future they have learned this process and can do it them selves!
