The following creators have given the Supercast support team permission to manage and process refunds at our own discretion:
Breaking Points - forward to Griffin to ask for permission on annual refunds. We can do monthly.
If a refund request is more than the annual amount please reach out to the creator for permission, or flag in customer-success-agents channel to get approval.
Creators that do not allow refunds:
Crooked (VSA TIER - Best Friends Tier) - if someone asks for a refund, we must forward these requests to friends@crooked.com
Ad-free Shows - they do not allow refunds
