Why aren't my flight bookings showing up in my EasyJet account?

Accessing a flight booking on EasyJet.

EasyJet flight bookings made through the Supertripper platform do not automatically appear in your EasyJet account.

Therefore, to find your booking, you must import it WITHOUT logging into your EasyJet account.

πŸ§‘πŸ½β€πŸ’» On your desktop computer:

  1. Go to the EasyJet website
    πŸ‘‰ https://www.easyjet.com/fr/

  2. Click on the "Manage Bookings" button

  3. Click on the "Find Booking" section

  4. Enter the surname associated with the booking in the "Surname(s)" field

  5. Enter the booking number in the "Booking reference" field

  6. Check the box to "confirm that you have permission to manage this booking"

  7. Click on the "Find Booking" button

  8. You will then be able to access your plane ticket

πŸ“² On the EasyJet mobile app:

  1. Open the EasyJet mobile app on your smartphone

  2. Click on the "Trips" tab

  3. Click on the "Add a booking" section

  4. Enter the booking number in the "Booking reference" field

  5. Enter the surname associated with the booking in the "Last name" field

  6. Click on the "Add booking now" button

  7. You will then be able to access your plane ticket

🟠 Important: to access your plane tickets on the company's website or mobile app, please do not log into your EasyJet account. Indeed, your ticket might not appear if you are logged in.
