Why don't train tickets show up in the SNCF Connect app?

Train tickets are not displayed in the SNCF Connect app.

Updated over a year ago

The SNCF Connect app does not (yet) show train ticket bookings made for business travel.

👉 To access your train tickets from SNCF apps, please download the TGV INOUI PRO app.

➡️ Things to know about the TGV INOUI PRO app:

  • This app is designed for professionals

  • It is dedicated to TGV INOUI customers traveling with an e-ticket at Business First, Pro Second, Carte Liberté, Max Actif subscription, or negotiated and discounted rates

  • The tickets that appear are only TGV and INOUI tickets. TER, Intercités, etc. tickets do not appear on this app

  • Ticket synchronization may be problematic if there's a difference in the email address used in both applications (Supertripper and TGV INOUI PRO)

  • If you have a Carte Liberté and your personal information is up to date, your tickets are supposed to appear on the TGV INOUI PRO app, regardless of the email addresses used

  • Eventually, the TGV INOUI PRO app is expected to be phased out in favor of the SNCF Connect app, which will centralize leisure and business tickets

💡 Tip: Find all your train tickets directly on the Supertripper web and/or mobile app (under the "Bookings" tab), without needing to use a third-party app.

👉 To find your train tickets on your phone, download the free Supertripper mobile app:
