How to find a train booking on Supertripper?

Access a train ticket booking on the platform.

You can easily find a train booking or a train ticket on your Supertripper account.

🧑🏽‍💻 On your desktop computer:

  1. Click on the "Bookings" tab

  2. Choose the "Type" filter and check the "Train" box

  3. Use the calendar by clicking on the "Period" filter to display bookings according to a desired date range. By default, the platform displays bookings from the current date

  4. Choose the relevant train ticket

📲 On the mobile app:

  1. Click on the "My bookings" tab

  2. Click on the "All bookings" button

  3. Click on the "+" icon to display the filters

  4. Choose the "Type" filter and check the "Train" box

  5. Use the calendar by clicking on the "Period" filter to display bookings according to a desired date range. By default, the platform displays bookings from the current date

  6. Choose the relevant booking

🧐 Please note: unlike SNCF tickets (TGV INOUI, TER, Intercités, etc.), OUIGO train tickets are available only from 4 days before the trip and may have a slightly longer issuing time. To learn how to find and download a OUIGO ticket, you can consult this article.

💡Tip for administrators and managers: you can filter by "Entity", by "Service", by "Tags" or by "Users", after clicking on the "Filters" button.
