On Supertripper, you have the option to cancel a train booking directly online.
🧑🏽💻 On your desktop computer:
Click on the "Bookings" tab
Choose the "Type" filter and check the "Train" box
Use the calendar by clicking on the "Period" filter to display bookings for a desired date range. By default, the platform displays bookings from the current date
Choose the relevant train booking and click on the "Manage my booking" button
Scroll down the window
Click on the "Cancel my booking" button
Select the traveler concerned by this cancellation
Click on the "Cancel my booking" button
The platform estimates the refund amount you will receive
Click on the "Confirm" button

📲 On the mobile app:
Click on the "My bookings" tab
Click on the "All bookings" button
Click on the "+" icon to display the filters
Choose the "Type" filter and check the "Train" box
Use the calendar by clicking on the "Period" filter to display bookings for a desired date range. By default, the platform displays bookings from the current date
Choose the relevant booking
Click on the "Manage my booking" button
Scroll down the window
Click on the "Cancel my booking" button
Select the traveler concerned by this cancellation

☝️ Note: if you are a manager or administrator of the platform, at the final step, you can cancel a booking either by traveler or by journey ("by segment").
🟠 Caution: not all trains are cancellable. Train cancellation depends on the fare conditions of the ticket, and additional fees may apply.
