How to add a service within a billing entity on Supertripper?

Integrate a new department within a billing entity on the platform.

To facilitate your accounting tracking, you have the option to add information that will appear on the CSV file for billing, directly on the Supertripper platform.

You can create different cost centers for each department (sales, marketing, etc.)

🧑🏽‍💻 On your desktop computer:

  1. Click on the "Billing" tab

  2. Click on the "Billing Entities" section

  3. Search for the desired entity

  4. Click on the three dots located to the right of the box

  5. Click on the "Add a service" button

  6. Enter the name of the relevant service

  7. Click on the "Save" button

Home > Profile picture > Billing

🟠 Please note: for any changes regarding a service or billing entity, please contact your account managers at this email address: account@supertripper.com.

🧐 Good to know: this feature is only available on desktop for users with an "administrator" or "accountant" role on the platform.
