On the Supertripper platform, you can easily set up an approval system for a traveler's booking requests. Depending on your company's organization and structure, multiple validation circuits are possible.
🧑🏽💻 On your desktop computer:
Click on your profile picture
Click on the "Users" tab
You can search for the concerned collaborator by directly entering their name in the search bar. You can also sort the displayed profiles using the available filters: "Entity," "Roles," "Travel Policy," "Status," and "Service"
Click on the concerned profile
Click on the "Authorizations" section
Uncheck the box "Can book for himself / herself"
Click on the "Save" button
Assign one or more "manager(s)" to a "traveler" profile so they can approve their booking requests
Home > Profile picture > Users > Profile
Make sure that one or more users with the role “manager” on the platform are assigned to each traveler so they can approve or reject booking requests. If a user has no assigned manager, he/she is automatically linked to the administrator(s) of your company's Supertripper account.
📌 To know how to link a "traveler" profile to a "manager" profile, please consult the following article.
🟠 Caution: we recommend contacting our account managers beforehand to establish a validation circuit adapted to your needs: account@supertripper.com.
🧐 Note: this feature is only available on desktop for users with an “administrator” role on the platform (or "manager" or "accountant" with the "Create an account for a collaborator" permission activated)
