First of all, please note that the booking confirmation you receive by email, or that you can also find on the platform (under the "Bookings" tab), is not a plane ticket nor a boarding pass.

Therefore, to travel with peace of mind and obtain the boarding pass before arriving at the airport, we recommend checking in on the airline's website at least 24 hours before the flight.

The booking reference, consisting of 6 characters (e.g., SUP123), is required for check-in. Called the "Airline Reservation Code," it is indicated on the booking confirmation, which you will find attached to the booking confirmation email, or directly on the platform under the "Bookings" tab.

🟠 Attention: when checking in on the airline’s website, please do not use special characters in the first and last names, and write compound first names without hyphens.
