Accor Group's policy requires that the Accor loyalty card be used only for bookings made directly with their establishments.

As a result, the acceptance of the Accor loyalty card for bookings made via Supertripper is at the discretion of each establishment. Supertripper cannot guarantee that the hotel will honor this card.

However, we encourage you to present your Accor loyalty card at the hotel reception upon arrival. The staff will then be able to determine if any benefits can be applied to your stay, based on their internal policy.
