Firm Role Feature
Firm administrators can now assign a predefined role—such as Admin, Attorney, or Paralegal—to each user in Supio. While optional, assigning roles helps Supio tailor the experience to different firm positions.
Filling out this field is strongly encouraged, as it enables future features and workflows to better match each user’s role.

Adding Roles for New and Existing Users
To assign a firm role to an existing user, click the dropdown in the Firm Role column and select the most appropriate title. Roles can also be assigned when adding new users or during bulk user uploads.
