In the event you need to leave a workspace, click on your avatar in the bottom left corner and choose My profile from the menu. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Leave this Surfboard. You’ll be asked to confirm your choice by clicking the Leave Surfboard button.

Once you leave a Surfboard, you will no longer be able to access information or receive notifications about updates in the workspace. You will need to be re-invited by an admin to rejoin the workspace.
