To invite people to join your Surfboard, go to the Members tab in the main navigation and click on Invite new users in the top right corner.
Enter the following information:
Their email address
The role you want to assign them to (this sets their permissions within the workspace—you can find more info on this below!)
The group they represent (a member of your company’s team, a board member, an investor, etc.)
A personalized welcome message (this is optional, but we recommend taking the opportunity to get the conversation started)
Once you’ve completed the form, click Send invite and we’ll deliver their invitation to their inbox.
You can also invite users to join your workspace from multiple points across the app, including Meetings, Company updates, Board approvals, Asks, and Data room. Add their email address just like you would to invite them to a meeting, send them an update, or share a file, and they’ll receive an invitation to join your Surfboard.
