To add meeting attendees, click the Share button in the upper right corner of any meeting draft. You can choose people from your workspace or add attendees using their email addresses. If an attendee hasn’t already joined your Surfboard, they will receive an invitation to join Surfboard along with their meeting invitation.
When you’ve finalized your invitation list, click the Save button. Meeting attendees won’t receive an invitation or be able to see any information about your meeting until you click Publish.
You can always add or remove attendees after you Publish your meeting.
