If you are creating a Meeting minutes approval, select the past meeting you want to approve and click the Select button below. An approval will be automatically generated from that meeting’s agenda. Double check the information highlighted in blue and make any edits as you need. You can also assign voters, set the close date and time or set it to automatically close when all votes are in.

Approvals cannot be edited once they are published. Review your approval carefully to ensure you’ve included the right information before you publish it for voting. When you are ready to publish the approval for voting, click the Publish button in the top right corner. Update user access for the approval and click Share to finalize.

By default, access for Approvals is set to Comment for users in the Board group on your Surfboard. You can edit this at any time by clicking the Share button within a specific Approval.
