You can make specific meeting agenda items private by toggling the Private button on the right side of any agenda card.
To control which meeting attendees have access to a private agenda item, click on the text that says [#] people can see this. From the popup menu, you can grant permission to specific users by typing their name in the text box. You can specify whether each user has view or edit access by clicking the dropdown menu to the right of their name. When you’re ready to finalize permissions, click the Save button.
Any meeting attendees without permission to private agenda items will still be able to view the rest of the meeting agenda.
