✏️ Creating a meeting

To create a new meeting, go to the Meetings tab then click the Create meeting button in the top right corner.

You can use our board meeting template or create a custom meeting. The board meeting template will automatically create agenda items based on our recommended best practices. You can add, edit, or delete agenda items as needed.

To build an agenda from scratch, click the Add topic button. You can add text, embed images, attach files, and share links in any agenda item.

After you share a meeting with members of your workspace, they can easily review the information in your agenda and share feedback or ask questions using the comment button at the top of the page.

On the day of your meeting, all you have to do is click the Join meeting button and Surfboard will automatically turn each of your agenda items into slides.

If you toggle the Transcript button at the bottom of the screen, Surfboard will auto-generate a transcript of the meeting that you can use to generate meeting minutes and identify action items.
