How to Turn On Your Sequence Permissions in HubSpot

If you need to activate Sequence permissions, follow these steps or contact your CRM admin for assistance.

Go to “Sales” -> “Sequences in your HubSpot CRM” -> Make sure Sequences are turned on -> “Enable Bulk Enroll in Sequences” to add multiple contacts at once.


Ensure that your HubSpot paid plan is correctly assigned to your profile.

Head toSettings” -> Click on “Users & Terms” -> Find and select the user you want.

Go to the Access section -> “Choose Seat” to complete the process!

Super Admins with access to sequences can connect them to Surfe without any additional steps. Users in other roles must be temporarily granted Super Admin access to accept the required scopes during the connection process. After successfully connecting sequences to Surfe, the Super Admin role can be revoked while the user retains their sequence access.

NOTE
Surfe supports only one sales enablement tool at a time. To avoid conflicts, ensure that if you are using Lemlist, Salesloft or Outreach simultaneously, they are deactivated in your Surfe Dashboard.
