Notes for Pipedrive Users: What to Do if Surfe Asks the Admin to Connect First?

Why This Happens: For all Pipedrive users, Surfe requires the CRM's “Global” admin to be the first person to connect and sync the very first message.

Steps to Resolve: If you don't have 'Global' admin access, you can request the current Global admin to connect Surfe first. If the Global admin is unavailable, ask them to temporarily grant you (or another team member) 'Global' admin rights.

Once you have these rights, open any LinkedIn message and click the sync button in Surfe to save it in your CRM. This step should only take about 5 minutes.

After completing the sync, the admin can revert your profile to its usual settings.
