Where does Surfe sync a message in my CRM?

The conversations are grouped by day when added to the contact's profile. The content of the conversation is available in the activity's details and this way, you can have it directly in the timeline.

We use "activities" because it fits the needs of most of our users. In the same way, you have the default activities "Phone Call", "Meeting", and "Email", you now have the activity Conversation", making it more traceable. All the messages sent within one day are reported as one Conversation in your CRM.

HUBSPOT

For HubSpot users, your conversations will be synced in Activity > Communication modal inside the CRM.

​COPPER

For Copper users, your conversations will be synced as Conversations inside the CRM.

PIPEDRIVE

For Pipedrive users, your conversations will be synced as Conversation activities under the "History" section.

​Please note that your conversations can only be synced on the "Contact" or "Deal" record, but not the "Lead".

How to sync under my Deals in Pipedrive (only for Pipedrive CRM)?

​Does Surfe sync a part of the correspondence or all of it?

Once you click on "Sync chat", the whole conversation will be synchronised into your CRM. If you've already had a conversation before adding the contact to your CRM via Surfe, then once you sync the chat, we will sync the previous 25 (approximate) messages. 🚀
