How can I relink my contact?

How Surfe Matches Contacts and What to Do If They’re Linked Incorrectly

Sometimes, multiple contacts in your CRM may have the same name, or for some reason, Surfe couldn’t identify the correct match when syncing a profile.

When this happens, Surfe relies on the unique profile URL property (if available) in your CRM to match a contact accurately.

What If the Profile URL Is Missing?

If the profile URL isn’t stored in your CRM, Surfe may have difficulty identifying the correct record. In such cases, a contact might get linked to the wrong CRM profile.

How to Fix a Mismatched Record

If a contact is linked to the wrong CRM record, you can manually correct it:

  1. Go to the relevant profile.

  2. Click on the “Relink Record” button.

  3. From the pop-up, select the CRM record you want to associate with the profile.

This will ensure Surfe links and syncs with the right CRM record moving forward.

Choose the correct lead, contact, or account and confirm.
