Relink records with the New Side Panel


Sometimes, people in your CRM share the same name, or Surfe was unable to find this LinkedIn contact in your CRM. This could be because some of your older contacts, not added via Surfe, were missing the LinkedIn URL, which we use as one of the identifiers. What you can do in this situation?

1. Go to your target profile on the Side Panel.

2. Click on "More" and click on Relink Record.

3. Select which CRM record you would like to Link the LinkedIn profile to.

4. Choose the correct lead.
